This is one of our top clients -- a walk-in clinic owner. This is a case study covering our project on increasing their high-ticket customer revenue, mainly revolving around Facebook Ad Campaigns.

CLIENT'S BACKGROUND

​The client operates a small Walk-In Clinic branched with a Pharmacy in Ontario, generating $12,000 in monthly revenue. Being a local business with a below-mediocre online presence, including 87 Facebook followers and no Instagram account, they attract an average of four high-ticket customers each month. 

THE CHALLENGE

Our client experienced a low number of high-ticket customers, averaging just four per month, because he wasn't leveraging his social media platforms or using his website to its fullest potential.

THE SOLUTION

To address the low number of high-ticket customers, we created a new funnel centered around a Facebook ad campaign by leveraging the client’s existing Facebook presence and expanding their reach to potential high-ticket customers.

STEPS WE TOOK

  • Researched the target market.

  • Developed copy for the headline and primary text.

EXPERIENCE

From this project, we learned how to use ad creatives to target a clinic’s market. This involved understanding the pains and desires of potential high-ticket customers and designing visually appealing ads to attract their attention. Additionally, we achieved a better understanding of optimizing ad campaigns by continuously adjusting strategies, while also enhancing the website functionality to improve customer experience and increase in-person visits.
